2010-2011 Registration Registration for the 2010-2011 school year begins February 1st and will continue through March 1st. The registration fee has increased to $150 per student. All families must complete both sides of the registration form.
Blue Jeans The Playground Project will be sponsoring a blue jean fundraiser. For $5.00, students may wear blue jeans with a uniform shirt each Friday during the month of April. All proceeds will go towards the JV and V Basketball teams.
Tax Information for Louisiana Residents Louisiana legislators passed a law that allows Louisiana residents an individual income tax deduction for tuition, fees, and certain educational supplies and expenses paid on or after January 1, 2009. Taxpayers will be allowed to deduct up to half of tuition and other costs up to $5,000 per child.
After School Care We are offering after school care. After school care will be available on school days from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. The cost is $5.00 for 1 student, $8.00 for 2, and $10.00 for 3. The fee must be paid on or prior to the day the student attends after care. We will provide after school care on those days that Centreville Academy dismisses early, for either in-service training for our teachers or home track meets in the spring. Lunch will not be served on those days, so your child will need to bring his/her lunch if staying in after care. This service is from 12:00-5:30 pm. The fees will be $11.00 for 1 child, $16.00 for 2 and $20.00 for 3 on these half days. This program is for paying students only. Only students in after care or at school sponsored activity will be allowed on campus after school hours. There will be no "hanging out." Absolutely no exceptions!
