2 Manila Envelopes (10’ x 13’)

2 Black & White Composition Notebooks

1 Box Walmart Brand Zip-seal Sandwich Bags

1 Box Baby Wipes

1 Red-Blue Mat for Rest Time

$2 to Purchase Appropriate Pencils

1 Box Children’s Tylenol

NO SISSORS are needed. I will provide them.

PLEASE PUT ALL THESE ITEMS IN A LARGE BAG WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG AND BRING THE BAG TO ME ON ORIENTATION NIGHT.

***If your child will be ordering from the cafeteria, please send money on Monday for the week in an envelope labeled with the child’s name and what he/she will be ordering each day. (See example at the end of supply lists.) Please DO NOT send anything that needs to be microwaved.
